I just bought Trumpeter's KV-2 and I want to upgrade a bit,
do I need the early or late type fenders?
And friulmodel tracks - should I go for the light type tracks

There was some variation between the fenders on individual vehicles but there was no "early" or "late" type in terms of width. What DID change was the number of bolts securing the fender brackets. All KV-2s should have six bolts which make them 'early' in terms of the Aber or Voyager fenders.
In terms of tracks you should go with ATL-10. The 'light type' tracks were introduced on the KV-1S, long after KV-2 production ceased.
