Well so far, this has been nothing short of fun! Darius Miniatures of Poland has a series of 1:35 Resin Vinettes of WWII subjects. Today I began painting #35014 U.S. Half Track.
First pics. show the excelent level of molded detail and a coat of primer.

These next pics. show a Base coat of Vallejo matt Black followed by many shades of Khaki Drab tinted and shaded with Black, White, & Tan.

In preperation for washes & chipping, some details like bolt heads and hinges have been highlighted in various O.D. Greens. The U.S. insignia was added using Polly Scale "Dirty White".

I must say that these little resin gems are a real joy to work with. Hopefully a few washes and some chipping will add to the "Wedgie"

I donīt know, what a wedgie is, but the images look interesting.
Showing only a part of a model-kit (vehicle) is a good eye-catcher.
Perhaps I also should try this technique in future projects.

greetings...

I think you can make your own with a little experience in making resin parts
