Lee,

This bad-boy is progressing wonderfull.

Hey, regarding that rear cargo bed panel, can you tell me how you got the curve?
Also, where did you get the C- and I- beam parts?

Big difference in the resin vs the fabricated parts.

DThanks,
Dave

Ian, thanks for the kind words - and are you telling me you have built one of these before?? If so do you have any photos I could looks at? My references for this vehicle have been limited to the tankograd book and the pics on the tankmaster website. I would be very much interested in seeing another one of these built - and I will give my word I wouldnt show any images to anyone else - the guys in the tyneside ipms will vouch for me!!

Hi Lee,

Please stop with that ARV you drive me crazy

I have a TM for this vehicle somewhere and maybe I can help you out if there is a problem.

Thanks for the tip Lee, I may dig this BTT out and do some fiddling with it.

Ron: Lets share some of the pics either here or on the Heavy Metal area. Lets talk off-line.

I have had a crash course on soldering

Lee

This one looks very very good. Be proud of your work here.

Can you post a quick paragraph or two of your soldering technique, i.e. what you learned--tips--etc? It would make some interesting reading---Thanks.

hi , lee it is possible for me to photo copy the whole manual , but that would work out more than it is worth , i paid £15-00 for it and to copy it would cost over £21-00 i know as i did for a guy and never got paid , a french man who's model may be the one you saw in the photos , if you let me know what part you want , i can then hone it down to that arears .and let you know how much it is going to cost . cheers ian
