Hello Igor, this looks very good!
I also have built this kit, but made no modifications. The result was not good.
But as I know, a big chinese company will release a (possibly) better kit, which I want to buy.

to your build:
Great details and add-ons - these look very good!
Also the metal-barrel looks good. (Skif´s kit has an 2-part-plastic-version only)
Did you used RB-model´s version and didn´t used the muzzle-brake?
That one has an muzzle-brake included.
See http://www.rbmodel.com/data/foto/big/35B83/01.jpg

Also the base looks very intersting!
Did you simply brushed it /used an airbrush or did you used pigments or other "tricks"? ;-)
On my actual (not-earth) diorama I also tried to get hard edges on the landscape, but this was not possible using airbrush.

greetings and thanks for sharing...

Soeren- thank you!
I know about Trump's kit)))
No, i have put Modell Point's barrel, without muzzle-brake.
I have no airbush, so i always use my brushs. And i have no pigments(only Tamiya's "box B"). Land was mage from painted clay mixed with glue and water.

Thank you- Tha Pit!!!

Orestis- and also thank you!
Yes i have. But have no time to made them....... I have one idea for you: you can use modernizated Zvezda's ZIS-3 crue....

That is the RB barrel, is it not?
Mine is in progress as well, and yours is quite inspiring.

Hi Igor, thanks for sharing your work!
The D-30 looks great!
I also built this kit, but the result was very poor.
I iike your scratched details and the base!

Hmm, I also thought about the "Day of Victory" today... and the "mothers day".. which is also today. (in my country)
When I was a young boy, the national army made their parades and we saw them.on this day with their machines and vehicles.

Great respect to your grandfather!
Also the father of my stepfather (not my real grandfather) was in action at these days.
(his team´s order was to kill a very important person)

greetings and thanks...

Very nice model Igor. Your own additions have made a big difference. Nice weathering as well.
