Local mail deliveries, customs inspections, bad neighbours ect cannot be blamed on the vendor. Milo will do everything in his powers to get your order delivered, but some events are out of his control.
cheers
I like Real Models, love their products and think Miloslav is a great guy who always comes through. However, a few of the issues I have were not a result of Local mail, neighbors, customs, etc. I'll use the example he mentioned above about me to illustrate what I mean . I ordered the items in September and they didn't ship December 20th, even though items were in stock. I was told they shipped a couple of times in October and November. Customs was the problem between Dec 20th and March 19th, however.
To summarize- great product, great guy and all my problems are solved but a few took months to correct before shipping/customs/local post office gets involved. I am happy, will still order his stuff- I just know that it could be a while before I get them

The only problem I can see with Miloslav is that he has given up the idea of releasing more WW2 US trucks (like a new-tooled M-5H-6 ) probably because they don't sell as much as modern stuff...

I finally got my order after he shipped it a second time.
The first one is still lost in postal land somewhere.
He has some great products but I'm hesitant to order from him again.
I've ordered from them in the past and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Some people have had issues with shipping but it always seems like he does his best to make it right. Oh, and don't underestimate how bad the USPS can be.

Well
For me Miroslav is not trustfull.
I wait for ages about my first order for my shop and he need 3 shipment to fullfill the order.
Gabor the owner of Balaton Model buyed me Ural wheels from Real Models one month ago.
In the package it was 4 right wheels and 2 left wheels. I said im to contact Real Model to have a remplacment piece.
What did you answered him Miroslav?? You are sick and you cannot cast the wheel ??
If you are able to post on armorama i'm sure you are able to put some resin in a silicone mold.
Regards
Daniel

My name is: Juhász Gábor, and i am not the owner of the Balaton Modell company.
I make master pieces, i nominate the "juge75" name.
Whom you thought, well, his Kerek Gábor (first_name the same, and perhaps as old as we are).
Real Model:
A month ago I wrote to the owner acknowledging the error.
Will send to wheels, but so far he was sick. (he wrote).
That wheel is pretty much down time have been able to produce ...
A The set is added: two spare wheel, two left ad four right side wheels.
All Ural 4320, 375 (and more) trucks 3-3 left and right wheels (the pattern of wheels, "V" form).
This was the last set of them, more or buy Real Model product.

As i said, i only made one order and for sure i won't do anther one.
I don't know other resellers but for me when a manufacturer is not able to ship me the goods within one month after payment and then after 3 shipments i need to ask money back for one undelivered kit that was listed as in stock on your webstore and that you won't ship to me, i just consider that the job is not fairly done.
Not answering to me make me no problems but don't answering customer who ask about remplacment pieces it's really pity.
Then coming here and saying the parcels are lost and that they are or would be ship again, it's too easy...

I do not know why you are writing lies, I must write you a low price for customs. I must prefer over other traders, who ordered before you. I sent the first shipment in one week. I'd hate went into details, but the trader who požeduje Activities outside the law of my country is not for my partner

Given some of the comments I've seen in this thread, I just have to add:
I've ordered a number of times from Real models - mainly guntruck bits and pieces - M54 Cabs, Wheel Sets, a full Guntruck conversion.....
Never any problem. Quick delivery, good communication. Nice Product.
Sometimes things go wrong and those experiences can sometimes be horrible and can dominate threads like this
So I'm here to say I will order again from Miloslav.

Not one to complain, however, I placed an order on the 21st April, and still haven't received the conversion kit (No 7 Wrecker).
I have been thinking that maybe it might be the postal system between Australia and Czechoslovakia. Now reading this thread I might have to contact Miloslav and see what gives.

Hello,
Send me your order number. Surely this situation can be easily solved. There is no problem to send the consignment again.

And item arrived today. My first reaction was surprise when I opened the bag and found box with Panther schmalturm art on cover... But when I opened the box, contents was just what I ordered. One resin conversion for Sturm-Panther, very good quality. So, no problems here, quick delivery and quality product.
