This is where I'm at, so far. I plan on adding a couple of more filters. I primed it grey, then ruddy brown. The base coat was MM Sand ANA. This was far too light, so I mixed in some Testor's tan. This was still too light. I mixed in some more tan and MM Dark Earth. After this, I added a thinned down Tamiya buff filter. I didn't like the chain that came with the kit. It was replaced by some costume jewel chain I found at Michael's. All of the shading was done with brown watercolor. I have to go back and clean up a few areas. Here are the photos:

Any and all coments/criticism is appreciated.

I like the color so far. I hate to nit-pick, and you may have noticed already, but your swing arms are on with the incorrect end fastened to the hull.
Any info on the mine roller, as to assembly issues?

I realized that about the swing arms after I clued them in place. The mine roller went togethery fairly easily. The only problem was getting them to attach so that they are paralel with the rest of the kit. The color is ruddy brown primer with a tope coat of MM Sand, marine sand over that, and a wash of Iraqi sand over that. I'll be doing a IDF M60A1 w/out mine roller as well as a IDF Centurion. Just have a few projects backing me up, right now.

I'm in the same situation as far as projects go now, backed up a bit. I got some real progress done on an early M60 Magach and realized the mantlet cover on the Blazer-equipped tanks is wrong in both ESCI and Academy kits. i No big deal when the mantlet Blazer armor is fitted, but very noticable when not, which is what I am doing on this particular kit. Oh well, back to the spares box.
