That is a nice one. That style of roof is still found in germany today both in the cities and on free standing homes. The tiles exist both in red and in black IRL and the chimney can be red or slate clad black/grey. Modern tiles age a bit more homegenous than the "speckled" roof shown here.
The chimney length varies, in many regions it's barely higher than the rooftop and such a high chimney as shown often is bracketed to the roofs beams
The water pipe is also very generic and still "in use"
