I have nearly completed buliding a Dragon 1/72 scale T-34/76 Model 1942. I decided for a pretty much out of the box build to focus on trying my hand at winter paint and weathering. I'm generally pretty pleased with the result.
Unfortunately, I'm at a loss for what markings I'd like to put on it. I've was favoring the 30th Guards Tank Brigade, Leningrad Front 1944 markings that come with the kit. That was until I just found a photo of the actual tank. The front fenders were missing in the photo, so my OOB is not exactly accurate.
I am picturing a tank from winter 42/43 or maybe 43/44 that has seen extensive wear on the white wash and perhaps ready to leap into battle. Simple numbers might be okay. I can also write using Cyrillic letters freehand.
I've Googled in hopes of finding a decent photo with little success. I did find a T-34 photo where the tanks is crossing a dirt road behind a burning German tank that I might go with. It just had turret numbers. A Russian saying, slogan or word would be nice to have too though.

Well, if you want 30th Guards Tank Brigade, Leningrad Front 1943-44 in particular there is a picture:
The most famous tank of 30th brigade:
Otherwise you can try something like this maybe?
Or this:
The same one, but in a winter:
