It would appear that Academy and Italeri in a show of collaboration have released a limited edition Republic of Korea Marine Corps M47 Patton in 1/35th scale. I am afraid there are not any details other than a series of pictures of the assembled model as I cannot understand Korean.

Looks nice. Other than the search light, it looks like the standard Italeri M47. The Italeri M47 is a very nice kit. This should be a good seller for them since it looks interesting w/the ROK MERDC camo.

I love M-47, its interesting and nice tank with interesting history. I build M-47s by Revell and Italeri, the Revell kit is better. And I waiting for this!

Not sure how that could be. They are the exact same plastic with a different box and different decals. Revell and Italeri rebox each others kits all the time.
The plastic here should be the same as well, with the addition of the searchlight parts and ROK decals.

Whilst I concur regarding the Italeri being the original Revell did release the old, old, ancient renwal one in both Revell and matchbox box livery and in no way could that kit be considered better than the italeri one which stands up to todays kits very well and IMHO was one of theiur best kits.

Finehobby has great stuff but I can't understand how to order from them, or they just don't sell outside Korea?

You may find it hasn't been released yet so you can't order it.
