Thanks Mark,
Glad to see I wasn't alone with those challenges.
When the dust settles around here, I'll have to break it out again and see if I can make that bag fit right. Alittle sanding never hurt. Lol.
BTW, Ever think about putting the engine compartment in?

I thought about the engine after I had already started the kit. I think I would have drove myself nuts wiring up the engine bay.
I think the only way to make that bag fit will be too sculpt a new one. Another one of those things where I'm not sure dimensions are correct. I can't see that bag hitting the basket in the real vehicle but maybe it did.

True Mark, but canvas is more forgiving than resin. Lol.
Anyways, with the engine compartment you would of had to hack out the underside all the way back to the firewall to get it in. It's a tight fit, some sanding needed. The foil fanbelts are the real PITA with that kit.
See ya in the funnies.

Yeah, when I had thought about the engine compartment I already had the suspension installed and brake lines wired so there was no way I was going to mess with those. Maybe one day I'll get brave and do an M20 and put an engine in that.
