Hi All
just started another test build, the 1/35 CMP Ford F15, first of many Canadian Military Pattern vehicles I have in my mind. The chassis parts are mostly finished, and I am working on the CAB master right now. Besides I am getting together this test build to have chassis ready soon for fitting on the cab and body. This one is coming with Cab 11 and 2B1 body. This is first of the Easy line kits, so assembly is pretty easy, and there is just very few simply PE parts involved. There will be also kit options with Italian 20mm Breda gun mounted, and also German variant with Flak 30....enough words, here are some pictures....
Cheers
Libor

Hi Alan,
many thanks!
I have assembled all cross members, rivets show their right positions, the only thing is keep checking right angles. Both sides have to be kept well vertically before parts are secured with glue. Because all pieces involved are tiny and flexible, it is easy to work with them and hold them in right position. Then I added mounting for front wheels, first glued one side on the spring, then another - it can be carefully slided to the right spot, and glued then, once the spring mountings correspond with their heads. Finally to say the wheels can be assembled in any position wanted, straight or turned to the sides

Hi Frank,
glad to see you, many thanks buddy
I have completed rear axle, but there are still some bits to be added. I am waiting for production PE parts, I have created a few bits later on, and they are not included in my test PE sheet - originally I thought I might do these in resin, but at the end PE option appeared to be better way.
Cheers

Libor,
This is looking really good. I can hardly wait until the kits are available. And the No.11 cab is a great choice.
Keep going, keep going!

Paul, many thanks. I hope it might be finished and available in the middle of January. Various Cabs, Bodies and whole vehicles will follow
Mark, many thanks. Top quality of castings together with highest possible detail and accuracy of the kits are the most important things for our company. Stay tuned, more to come soon

Hi Libor,
The No 11 Cab should prove very popular, excellent developments so far. This will be a real plus for those interested in British Trucks.
Looking forward to further developments and I may need to replan my 15cwt builds for next year.
Cheers

Production PE parts arrived today, and I am back on the test build. I completed engine mounting and added the rest of the parts. The belt is made of lead wire. For extra detailing some 0,1mm wire could be used to connect sparking plugs with distributor and do other wiring, but all this area will be hidden, so I am gonna leave it. In any case the wiring diagram will be included in the kit instructions for guys who would want to go for it... I used 0,8mm wire to make up pipes between engine and radiator. Finally I added first bit of cardan shaft on transmission box, it can be glued in any position, because next part is clickable and will take the angle needed for the shaft itself.

Really excellent work! Can't wait to get one of these. I am a real big fan of the CMP vehicles as they've got such a "utilitarian" and no nonsense look to them. You can't look at these vehicles and see anything other than a workhorse. Great job.

The things are still a bit slower, but I have almost done all side works I got to do, and I am getting back to finish the Ford. I have finished master for engine cover and cast it. The rest will be much easier and faster now. I used just a spare mesh to check the fit, later I will assembly the proper one with its frame. Actually everything is just dry-fitted so far.....
