So I am polishing off the Trumpeter Sa2 that's been in the box forever..
I'm a little puzzled by this photo from the Dishmodels.ru walkaround
http://dishmodels.ru/wshow.htm?mode=P&vmode=T&p=281&id=4837&tp=w
It shows the 'foot' below the blast deflector NOT resting on the ground.
Is this a museum modification?
In operational versions, does this circular plate rest on the ground?
Thoughts?

This is a flame deflector and below the plate (like the cannon), through the following: before firing the rocket, it cut off the feet, and fix the stand.
The disk of gas scatters radiation.
This is the original installation of the stands.

The picture on the cybermodeler walkaround shows the disk resing on the ground.

So this is how it is used in operation?
Looking back, it looks like I linked to the wrong photo from the Dishmodels site

As long as the boot process does not start until the earth is over, so he could turn in the direction of the missile and the stand.
The command to start the process in the desired direction, this "scoop" condenses the base of the ground (if it were, the rocket lefújná the spoon).
The rocket is launched and its systems, the booster stage rocket accelerates, it will come off after the burnout, the traveling gear starts, and you can maneuver the missile.
Approaching the goal of activation of the proximity fuze ....
