This is the Tamiya 1/35 Sturmtiger kit. I had a lot of time on my hands these past days, so the building and painting went really fast. However, I am open to comments on how to improve it...I can still change a lot of things :-)
I did a lot of shading and pastels on this model...and quite a bit of dried mud on the tracks. This is my 6th armor model
PS-I am going to open the small hatch on top. I lightly taped it on the bottom for the exterior painting process.
PSS-The pictures seem to make the mud look a lot brighter than it really is
Thanks all!

I am in the midst of building the Italeri version so let me compare notes. Did you get the rocket ammunition with the vehicle? How about an interior? Are the tracks vinyl? The Italeri comes with an interior, ammunition and the hoist for the ammo wells. Let me work up some early photos for posting and let's compare notes. I want to re do my fenders with soda can tin to show bends and dents.

I think it looks preety good. The photo does make the mud a bit hard to see, but overall, a fine job!

210cav: It comes with four rounds of ammunition, interior, and separate links for the track.
As usual with Tamiya, it is an awesome kit, very highly recommended

The muzzle scorch wasn't anything special really. I just used my airbrush and sprayed flat black. I do almost all my weathering with my airbrush nowadays. The only weathering I did without my airbrush was the mud and some pastels here and there.
Thank you for all the comments :-)

Really nice model machu. Nice camo and well dusty and faded. Everything is looking good. The scorch marks on the muzzle do indeed look good as do the exhausts and grills. A figure would be nice to show the scale size of this beast!
