Tovarisch,
I want to share some of my work with you guys.
Here is an OOB build of a Trumpeter 2K12 Kub aka SA-6 Gainful.
The kit was built OOB and was painted with Tamiya acrylics, enamels and washed with oils.
The vehicle depicts a unit participating in one of the Soviet-era military parades (May Day and October Revolution parade).
Spassiba!
Cheers![:::]

Very well done! I am really liking the green you used. The decals set perfectly. And, the overall effect is outstanding! Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Thank you very much Matt for the kind words:) The green is just a trial and error matching of tamiya greens and whites plus a little yellow filtered with washes:p will post more of my collections.
Cheers!

Well, may be the model itself is quite good, but actually, it isn`t good enough to take part in military parade at Red Square.
the beam is not painted! Rrrrrrrr
well, its a bit shocking...
And else, all vehicles participating in parade are usually in solid color (see youtube), but Your is color modulated, eh?
the model itself is good I guess, good luck

Great work Gomez!!!!
I like it very much!!!!
But I don't think that a parade vehicle's colors are supposed to be worn-out!!!
Photos, from parades, show freshly painted dark green vehicles, with white stripes without any sign of damage or discoloration...
So my suggestion, is either to fade the white stripes, or even chip them, in order to depict a vehicle that took place in a parade in the past, or repaint the whole vehicle with a dark green (I do not suggest that, because you have worked well with the fadings).

Great thanks guys:) hahaha yup i noticed it also when you pointed that the colors should not be too modulated as the parade vehicles should be in a neat condition. Ill take note of that and thanks again!
