THE GUN
Designed by Breda in 1934. Durable and easy to handle was a weapon that could be used as anti-aircraft machine gun carriage using a piercing projectile. Even got on the Pz I.

The gun carriage was transformed into a transport carriage could be driven both by a vehicle, such as "blood", drawn by an animal. Dismounting in 5 loads could be transported to arm themselves servants.

He participated in the Spanish Civil War Batteries spread over Mallorca and the CTV. At the end of the war continued in service for some time.

THE MODEL
Italeri a reference that includes, besides the gun, 2 servants and a mule. The box offers a cartoon that shows the gun carried by the mule by the arc of rods with a servant of the mule pulling and pushing another piece.
Very few pieces that make the model a trinket to spend a little time at home (although the linkage aiming system is a bit cumbersome).
Bring two versions to choose from and three mounting options: "On Battery", "In gear position" or "In candlestick" for fixed position.

And now the paint:

I hope you are enjoying it.

Excellent work!!!
The Breda 20/65 model 35, born as a anti aircrafts weapon, was used very often even against the light tanks and vehicles and was mounted also on many vehicles of the Italian Army for its ease to use, lightness, precision and for its firepower.
I built some time ago the "Camionetta Fiat Ansaldo AS42 Sahariana" (by Italeri) armed with this excellent gun.
Here the photoservice:

Hi all

I decided to do a little ground even knowing that it is not my thing (I hope to be too small to be noticed and look good).

As I'm not put on this kind of chores I have taken a camembert cheese and I've stuck to the base.
Then give him to make it hard filler. Then I'll paint and then varnish. I hope it does not spoil and does not smell much. To see what you think of the idea.

Come on it was a joke, do not panic.
But seriously.
I cut a piece of Styrofoam and coated I DAS. I have textured with a brush and then add small stones, dirt, sand, etc. This is the idea:

To see how it goes at the end.
Greetings from North Africa.

Hi Pepe. Like what you did with the Breda. I picked up this kit at a friends house as I thought it would make a very nice little dio straight from the box, but the figures put me off. Typical Italeri ... some extra effort into the figures I would have attempted it, but the details were way too soft to waste time with.

Thanks for visiting, Frank
And in the end how it has been the kit?

Has nobody noticed the excellent work done with the figure? Looks like you had a lot of fun with the flesh tones. Don't get me wrong; the gun is quite good as well. Looking forward to the base.

Hi all. With this series I will end this project.

I've added some pebbles and old bristle brush

With acrylic I painted the side of the "cheese". With oils I have given several field color:

And this is what is left
