All the exemplars preserved in the museums don't have any unit markings. Most of them hasn't been re-painted so it's most likelely that Iraqi exemplars were only painted in sand yellow. However, that's only a guess. We still hawe little information about the operational exemplars, and since that Saddam has fallen down, it'll be hard to have more of them

I took a quick look through some old Concord books and about the only marking I could find on the barrel is a narrow black/white band. Hard to tell from b&w photos if the fume extractor is colored though.

The Enigma was reputedly a command version at company or battalion level. So my guess is that if the unit itself had specific markings, the command tank should have them too.

thakns a lot guys! Olivier, if that is the case then I will think if I can just use the triangular republican guard insignia and the stripe on the fume extractor.
here it is just to share my oob work-in-prog.
Mig rain marks will be applied at this point.
hope you like it guys!

Hi
all the enigma tanks were used by the Iraqi 5th mech division. none of them had any markings to identify them. yes they were all command tanks. 5th mech div was heavily hit during the attack on khafji before the ground war began
