Hi,
This BP III is coming on the Famo with trailer.
Its a fieldconversion that I saw on a picture, and I like the idea for such vehicle.
The only thing thats still needed is a lots of stuff onthe vehicle such as Jerrycans towing cables and so more

DJ, looks like the heads of straight pins to me. Drill small hole, find ample amounts of straight pins with the proper sized head and clip the shafts off.
Looks great to me, I have a Bergepanzer IV in the "to do" pile and will definitely use some of your techniques in building that kit. I was considering using strips of basswood or maybe even popsicle sticks to replicate the wooden cover. Your method looks better to me.

Hi DJ the hatch is made from plastic card the planks were scribed in with a scribbing tool that the flyboys use to recreate panel lines, and with a needle a have made the wood grane.
The riverts are made with a beading tool (see picture)

Looks good so far and the hatch cover is superb. Can you fill us in on the shortened track? E.G. Why was that done?

Someone produces the jib cranes that many tanks were prepared for.You ought to get one of them, and put in the "stowed "position...
I assume this will be the load for a Famo & trailer?I'd put more damage around the hub where the sprocket used to be.It would silently tell the story of why the Bergepanzer is in need of a tow...
