Looks more like a RR switching tower.

It lacks the windows of a railway interlocking tower but it does have a railroady look to it. I think it also looks like a modest merchant's residence, or a shop. Very hard to match it up with much but I'd love to see the prototype that inspired it.

Yeah, I agree. It doesn't have the all-around windows for a switching tower, but it definately isn't for military use either. Looks very industial. Since it's modular construction I would place the door panel on one of the long sides and lose the stair case. It would look more like a residence. Save the staircase for another building which seem to be released every week.

Since Mini-Art is producing buildings in injected plastic I hope they will also start molding their 1/35 buildings in injection plastic flat panels. That would be a vast improvement over the vacu-formed parts and would probably sell a lot better.
