A few days ago I found this photo of a soviet BA-3 in service with tracks, but no rear and no turret. No clues what was it for.

This is BA-10 from one of Soviet defence aerostate detachments - BA without turret, but with winch in rear part of vehicle.
This is unique vehicle.
