Last email I had from Pavel a couple weeks ago he will have a kit possibly by Christmas and another following early next year. I know he was going to convert to CAD, but the 3D printing I have not herd. I am looking into one for my self, but the cost is kinda high, and I do not want a kit.
Mabey next year

Jacques, the race is on...you live closer to NY thsn I do. I wonder what kind of engine this beast used. I hope that the missle tube can be raised and lowered. Any one know what kind of missle that it carried? a neat diorama would be loading the missle. also we need to fina a good picture of the cableing from the launcher and the missle.
food for thought

the SS-15 "Scrooge" was the объект 821 (8K99) carrying the RT-20 missile
Looks like it used the B-12-6 engine used in the T-10 series.

My reaserch is comming along, I know all abot the missle system it was a hybred solid booster and liquid upperstage that honestly did not work real well the sites I am finding are listing 8 to 20 missles made before the program was halted to a better desige, but we to had our failyers. the launching system was like a mortor witch i thought was interesting, but so far thr launcher is being very evasive Most pictures are the same on all sites with very few built based on the T-10 Chassie I would be willing to send a kit for inside pictures of the launcher, driving, launch panels and also a good walk around so keep that in mind , I am serious about a kit. Today on the way home out of the corner of my eye was a big box, I almost ran into the garage door excited. Got to the door and found this:
I know he does not belong here , but the size and detail is increatable. My interest in ship is mostly Japanese, haveing built the Nichimo Yamamato, but this hits the shelf as a builder when all tha am kits arrive. So my offer stands on free kit including shipping for the details that I cant seem to find just tell me what kind of kit you would be interested in
for now
Jim

John, can you clarify or remove your post.
Jim, I thought it was your SS-15 at first. I was going to be pissed that you got it before me. Now I don't have to be...yet.

Nope, no tracking ability. But it has only been 12 days and the shipping is listed as 13-24 days so....that means that it will probably arrive tomorrow while I am driving out of state and I will not be able to see it until I return home.
(My luck anyhow).
Working hard to finish my MAZ transporter to put this beast on.

What is funny , Libor sent registred mail, I have a date when it left country, but no scan when it came into US customs, or into US Postal control. I am still missing a package from Hungary sent last Feb same thing scans out of country, but no scans when Customs gets it. My mail carrier claims a lot of theft at the sorting hubs. My postal unit when recevies packages, regertered mail all go into a locked cage until it is scaned to next station. some theft is from bulk mailers who have access to the mail sorting areas. You would think an armed guard at the door would be cheaper than haveing to pay out claimes for stolen goods.
my 2 cents
Jacques check the site Sat afternoon PST and if I have it its on your door step. also wouldn't the height of the MAZ trailer and the SS-15 be a little tall, and the weight would blow the tires out , I think

Hi all guess what the post man had on his truck for me.
The kit has arrived the box size is 20x12x8 inches
The kit was packed to the top with green peanuts, with major parts in bubble wrap I see resin, PE, the launch tube looks to be fiberglass and a fine job of glueing the two halves toghter, Friulmodel road wheels and tracks. card stock that was cut with a laser. a sheet of clear plastic for windows and green metal rods and a roll of plastic wire
here are my cracking the box pictures.
The box was wrapped in plastic wrap
a sea of peanuts
Here are the major parts
and the launch tube measures out to almost 21 inches. I think Libor and Panzershop has really thought outside of the box on this one. The kit even includes a template to set the wheels right. But there is no interior or engine and drive train. I guess you can't have it all. so if I can find some shots I will try to scratch build the interior.
So I have a lot of work ahead of me
More later

I am jealous. I do wish I was home to see mine, supposing it is there. (Probably came Wednesday...
)
It looks really good. Did you get enough tracks? Looks like only one set.
As for being loaded on the MAZ, I would think it would be cumbersome but possible IF the launch tube was empty of missile and fuel. I will have to see if it will actually work out though...

Jacques
If I have mine yous should be waiting for you, as for the tracks there is a full box and then another bag with tracks in it. I really have not started to go through everything yet, wanted to have something to do tomorrow, and I get new glasses so hopefully I see better. This one is going to take some time to build. I do like the jig that comes with the kit to set the wheels with. More tomorrow

I have had the time to sort through all the parts, wheels and tracks. ther is close to 4 inches or so of extra track, but mine are all faceing the same direction. as in Panzershops ad it states that this Kit is only for very experienced modeller anyone who has bought one you are going to have to do a lot of reaserch, this kit is for the scratch builder and a lot of the details will have to be made I bought 5 leights of aluminum pipe to make the hydrolic ram work in the back to raise the launch tube. once I figure out the leight I have enough left over to make 5 or 6 kits. brass would be easy to use, but the paint would scratch off after a couple of uses so if you are interested drop me a line. A walk around would be nice, but interior shots would be wonderful
