Matthew,
An extremely concise and informative build review. It can be very helpful to see someone else's experiences building a kit with more than a passing similarity to one that I have built. It is sad and somewhat disheartening to read that many of the issues that I found with the DAK version have not been addressed by the manufacturer. Their mixing of abundant and fine detail while excessively simplifying areas that cry out for more is disquieting to say the least. To me, at least, it's sends a mixed message. While in many ways an extremely attractive model, the lack of fuel cans and some other details may be disapointing to more than a few.
Cheers,
Jan
