Hello
I start to build my first 1:35 model ( normally I build in 1:50 Caterpillar tractors and bulldozers ).
The kit is a Tank WorkShop Cat D7 bulldozer.
I will make a farm tractor out of it.
It take some time to find out with D7 it is and I think its a Cat D7e !
The build is on its way and downing good.
But for the last 2 weeks I have a problem , like to put a Crenlo agricultural cab on it and don't now how the build the windows and rubber .
In 1:50 I paint the rubber and glue a plastic sheet on the onsite of the cab but for this model I like to go a step further.
Are there on this forum builder ho did it ore any good idea ????
Thanks.

How far out is the rubber? I think you could possibly build the whole cab out of clear plastic (from a CD case or similar) and make the window frames from half round.
If that's too much, I'd scribe them. First the outer portion, then the inner. You can make the templates from brass shim stock.

GREAT idea about building cab out of all clear plastic! But CD case plastic might be too brittle. Use sheets of regular hobby clear plastic. (Evergreen Hobbies sells it in sheets.)
