I think these look excellent and are a long overdue set. I see a conversion for at least one RN Officer

Very promising ... both sets. Can see much potential in these sets.

For the desperate ones, who want to paint the tartan historically correct:
Needed: a very fine brush, two buckets of patience and info from these sites.
www.tartansauthorithy.com/tartan/the-growth-of-tartan/military-tartans/regimental-tartans
and
www.scotweb.co.uk/tartan/British-Army/54457
I am going to give it a try!
(Why are these MiniArt guys always making such fine subjects? Do they not realize that our stashes are already loaded????)
