my kit came today and I must say its a wonderful kit it is a must buy. It blows away the Zvezda kit hands down . my only disappoint is it did not come with a metal barrel. this is going be my project after surgery on the 23rd . this is a must buyer. I am going to put it on the MAZ. and the price was good. I can't wait for the armored D9 this is a wonderful company. the only thing I am going to add is metal tracks , metal barrel and maybe a resin MG if you are sitting on the fence on buying it go for it

What's wrong with the kit tracks? They looked darn good in the test shots...

I just like metal tracks, it gives the model weight, just my presence.

Jim, I agree on the metal barrel but I would imagine that getting the thermal wrap correct would have required more work. The tracks look like they will be more tedious than a set of Fruil, but from my perspective, if they stay together after gluing they should be very nice for out of the box.

Best of luck on your surgery, I hope all goes well.
