Hi all,
As a first armour kit I am building a Trumpeter ML-20 152mm Howitzer. This is the most recent boxing with disk wheels/ rubber tyres. (in lieu of spoked wheels/ solid tyres)
The box info doesn't say so, but I think the rubber tyres and disk wheels is a modification for high-speed towing? Am I right?
If so, I would like my second model to be a vehicle that would likely to tow this vehicle. Would a tracked artillery tractor be appropriate for this gun with these wheels, or should I be looking for a road-going truck instead? I can't find a decent photo anywhere!
Any help appreciated!
Will

You can look up МЛ-20 as well, for more photos. Here is what a quick search brought up:

Thanks for the replies and info guys. Very useful. This gets me on the right track for what to search for. I am learning a lot as I go along, having tried some armour for a change from modelling (mainly) Soviet aircraft.
