For your first tank - Nice job. The chipping is done very nicely. The base coat is well done. Construction looks good.
Couple of things I would like to offer. The tow cable is a bit to clean for my tastes.
Secondly, this guy could use a wash. They can be intimidating especially the first time. If you took some dark brown or black and thinned it a lot. With acrylics use water and a drop or two of color. Then load a brush and touch it to the creases such as the hatch opening, the drive gear nooks and crannies. It will give them shadow and depth. If you wanted to add a wash Id go along all the panel creases, hinge nooks, wheel corners, the nooks on the extra fuel tanks.

Very good construction. I really like the look on the tracks.
I concur with Scott on the wash.
On your figure, you should run the edge of a #11 along the finger tips to get some of the flash off.
It's a matter of taste, but for me, there's a bit too much worn paint and it's too bright. Metal oxidizes very quickly when exposed unless it's polished. Also, this much bright metal would be glinting sun terribly.

Thanks for the review guys! BTW, I forgot to mention that I painted this kit totally with brushes with an exception of matt finish.

I agree to that. Metal will only rust if there's water + oxygen. In the desert, since water is scarce, no rust forms.

I know, this is where "Cover-Up" begins!

Thanks! I've used atleast 3 bottles of Desert Yellow for that. 2 of them were almost dry so I just add thinner and it worked well. Good thing the paint flows freely and no brush marks appeared.
