Hi all:

Well, here is my second attempt at a 1/72 scale kit. It's Italeri's 1/72 T34/76. Not too bad of a kit. Some filling and filing needed. I still have to paint the commanders hatch and glue it on. It originally was going to be in the upward position, but it was too delicate at the hinge, and the opening is so big that it clearly shows the lack of an interior. I also noticed that the track needs some adjusting on the left side where the joint came apart.

The paint job is supposed to simulate a field whitewashing. I think it looks ok, but not sure if I'm totally pleased with the results.

Please let me know what you guys think! I appreciate an honest opinion. Thanks!

John

What's this, Armor? And Small -scale armor to boot? Has this whole Eulice Payne situation driven the city of Milwaukee mad?

Looks great John, alomst as if it were 1/35th scale, I like the little bits of detail on the kit like the box and tarps adds a nice bit of flavor and they look really well done for such tiny details....

The only thing I see is the tracks look a little stiff, but that's a kit issue not yours.

Looks great, are there more in the future?

Howdy John: Are you sure that is 1/72?? I really like the dirty rusty , USED look you have gotten with that horribly small scale. Very nice job, you'll have to explain how you got the weathering and whitewash looking so good because I would like my stuff to turn out like that.

I would echo the above praise, it looks very good especially for a 1:72 scale model. The only thing I would say is that if this is a working vehicle there would not be as much rust on the tracks!
Everyone seems to "over rust" the tracks, but any metal which is under friction will not rust to that extent, especially where the road wheels actually run on the track!

Excellent job John...wow I thought this was 1/35 scale too...you guys amaze me ..I have trouble doing this in 1/35 ..One thing that I'm not sure of is would any tank have both the square and the barrel fuel cells on the same tank?? Not critizing just wondering??
