I'm making an attempt at this conversion and was wondering if anyone has put this one together and has images they can share as I'm really struggling with the directions. The ERA stand offs were broken off in a couple of cases and I'm replacing them and trying to match what height they should be, but also I really can't figure out what's going on on the right hand side of the turret (commander hatch side) with the ERA. Any ideas?

Mike, I run SAAMMODELS and help sell Sergej's kits, so I will help as I can.
MOST of the ERA mounts are only a couple of mm thick. They are meant to give the appearance that the ERA is not just stuck on the turret.
ERA blocks 14 and 18 on the commanders side are UNDER part 23 (the bin) and interspersed around the mounting posts. They are meant to stop rounds targeted at the area the bin covers. Part 17 uses 2 VERY small mounting pegs and part 16 uses the other 2 on the turret.
Remember that the pegs on the turret should match the bolt heads in the MIDDLE of the end flange on the ERA block.
Any other issues?

I'm off to work in a moment but will provide images when I get in tonight, but yes, you're on the right track; Bin 23 is supposed to attach to the 4 standoffs that are the tallest in that area? The areas on Bin 23 that are meant to accept the standoff don't seem to have the same spacing. Additionally, the individual ERA block that go underneath Bin 23 don't seem to have dual corresponding standoffs (one on each end of the ERA block), just singular standoffs that makes it appear the ERA block should be centered on the standoff. I'll take some pictures tonight as it's easier to see...plus going through the motions might further help me figure this out.
