It a genetic cross breed of the Amusing Hobby Lowe bashed with the Academy Tiger II late version + a few after market mods. Front hull Tiger style hatches, rear idlers & stowage from Kraut Kits (they also do a set cooling fans for the Lowe)

For a clean attachment, I sawed a slot for the wall to lock into.

Made changes here and there, used part of the Voyager PE set and Tank resin PKM.Just need to re-do the canvas cover over the mantlet and add the missing cover detail on the bottom of the mantle. Reposition the smoke grenade launchers and place the antennas, and construct the turret bustle rack. The fun part is placing all the ERA blocks.

Man, that's big. Have fun with that many ERA blocks! Looking clean and well-done.

Holy crap lol this has turned into the what if SPG campaign lol and i like it ...i have an idea from a pic i saw yrs ago of a Sherman SPG tank destroyer and its looks very cool ,,if i get of my arse and finish the boxer i will got thru my pile of crap and see what i can find ,,i am sure i can knock up something ..its not a hard conversion if i have enough time to build it ..hell i have about 20 dead Sherman's in the spares box so a chassis aint a problem.
I am loving the work going on here and i will get off my butt and do this work and get this model done .
If i cant do the Sherman .,.i am pretty sure there will be another What if campaign pretty shortly afterwards

Phill, I'm hoping for a part 5 as well. I still have too many ideas on the backburner.

Cold War SPG with a 105mm howitzer mounted on a Chaffee.
Allied Marder style tank-destroyer based on the Stuart.
Assault Churchill...Lend-lease USSR vehicle converted to a 122mm.
Air cushion version of a LAV-25.
1946-47 German tracked APC

There's also a few mechs, a hover MBT I'm planning for a different site, and my Prepper Bunker/Stronghold. Those are the ones I have parts and pieces currently put aside for.

I also have plans for a revived Zombie Response and Removal Service. Instead of a Government backed organization, it'll be a private service. And an alien invasion deal. Got a few other post-apoc ideas as well.

I haven't posted or done any work in a long time, being the campaign originator, notwithstanding! However, I have been working on my 25pdr-armed, Aussie-built Churchill and should have some photos of the base coated model by Sunday night, with a bit of luck.

We'll see if I can get yon wee beastie done by the 1st...

Alex ,, God knows i have enough ideas knocking around in my head to keep me busy for quite awhile and the Sherman idea has got to happen ..plus there is some others in there too which i am keeping to my self for now

Paul i am looking forward to seeing your model ..i have always liked the Churchill tank ..have a few of them on the shelves ,,yours should be very interesting .

Made some serious head way on the Boxer ,,had to make a wee plan change due to it looking rather boring ,,the new results are most pleasing and have changed the entire look
The completed model will be seen soon ..the painted one not long after .

Just got mine done tonight:

Graeme...Nice ,,very very nice a 10x10 Styker is nothing but pure awesome and right up the alley of my warped mind lol
Now the first pic ,,is this a VLAV 25 or very light armoured vehicle .
Yes its the smallest LAV i have ever seen and again ..utterly love this too ..great work mate ..in What if 5 i cant wait to see what you come up with next time

Next ,.its gonna be painted..weathered and looking well used .

I think it's going well though. Added all the little kit detail bits last night, and finalizing some grab handles and stuff tonight, then I'm keeping right behind Phill with paint, weathering, etc.
