I just received Trumpeter's LAV III Kodiak and am wanting to add some etch. I believe I have seen it before, but am now unable to locate it. Is there a set available and where should I look? Many thanks and a happy, fulfilling new year to all.

Real Models makes a set that includes the blast shields on the turret and the additional hull armor. Real Models also sells the IBAK belly armor. Voyager and ET models sells a set as well

I prefer DEF's Stryker/LAV wheels. They come with masks and there are actually 4 pairs of slightly different wheels in each box. That way, the writing on the sidewall is in a different position for each wheels. ET model also is nice and has this feature. It is cheaper, but doesn't come with masks. Real Models are well detailed too, but I think each one is exactly the same.

The wheels from E.T. are on sale. I have the tools and consumables to make my own masks.

Go for the ET models then. They aren't hard to paint anyway and the casting is excellent.

I am in need of some vector drawings for this build. I have requested them, from "The-blueprints". Any info on where I can find them would be much appreciated. My main focus is the upper, rear hull. Also, does anybody know what parts the screws and washers should be replaced with?
