I dont think they are issued yet!
The ribbon for the figure campiagn run by Aragon was never issued either! (I think he has actually given up the hobby as he has sold all his paints, brushes, and even the M60 he won at the Sweden IPMS open where he came in first in the junior figure competition).
Although its not really important, it was nice to see the ribbon. Maybe someday eh?

Budget cuts. Maybe we will be able to afford them using next years funds.

Ha ha... I wish I could laugh about the state of the Campaigns section.
I actually spent about 3 hours working on the campaign function to promote users with their ribbons but I am rather stuck on a particular error (as I have been for about 2 months now). I made some progress today though. I can REMOVE the awards from those who have gotten them...I just can't GIVE them the award to start with... uggg...

Tell the truth Jim. We all know we voted ourselves a pay raise so now there isn't enough money to issue the ribbons. Those electrons cost money.

Man, now I am afraid to read the Wall Street Journal. Is there going to be an Enronesque corporate financing scandal hit our beloved Armorama? Let me know so I can purge my hard drive before the subpoenas start flying...
