Hi Marco. Impressive job so far. Congratulations.
About the glasses, before writing I've been trying to find a thread someone posted a couple of weeks ago with no success. Nevertheless, I more or less recalll most ofthe details so Here it goes. The recommendation was to use Future Floor Wax, mixed with two or three drops of food coloring. In that mix soak the transparent part for, and here is where my memory fails, 24 hours. After that the resulting pictures showed a very nice and IMO, a very realistic tinting. Try to find the thread to check out the details and, of course try on spare parts for the first time. Just in case.
Hope this helps.
I'm following your build with an eye on the World Cup as well.

Hi people!

I'm here again, after a great soccer/football game

So, some update on my Buffalo:

After a light hand of gray automotive primer and with a little help from my friends

I did the base layer of paint. As I said (did I?), my Buffalo will be green, with some sand details. Here are the pics:

So far, so good (I think). Now. is time to start the weathering.

Cheers!

very nice work so far ! The Buffalo kit cries for the details you've added.

If you haven't done the tinted glass yet..tinted Future works great. I tried Alclad "armoured glass" but it always turned grainy .

I soaked the glass in straight future , then lightly sprayed tinted Future...trick is numerous light coats. The mix was a couple drops of green/ one drop of blue. I prolly mixed this into about 1 oz of Future

Hi guys!

Thank you! This vehicle is amazing, the kit is very good and I like to add plumbing and wires. I think it bring the model to live.

@Jeff: Thanks man! I used the automotive film. Let's see the result when I remove the masks.

Cheers!

Hi guys!

Some updates and news.

I'm still building the hydraulic arm. For me it is a hard work.

Pics:

Now, the news:

I need a break from this kit. I do not have more pacience.

I will do a quick project to a campaign, a simple kit.

In tow or three weeks I'll back to Buffalo.

The Buffalo is back to the box.

Thank you guys.

Cheers!

Hi guys!

Thank you Roger!

Update: I finnish the hydraulic arm and started the weathering, using a mix of VA Iraq Sand, wather and VA sand pigment. I used some AK products too.

Tires, Rhino and arm are dryfitted.

Cheers!

Thanks a lot Roger!

The kit is very good, as the Voyager sets and Vallejo paints.

If you need something, just ask.

Cheers!
