Thanks guys, i'm pleased you've found the blog useful. My main aim all along was to illustrate that one doesnt need to be tied to whats in the box in order to build something different, with a few minor modifications it's possible to build lots of versions.

I'll get this moved to the paint stage very soon!

Beautiful build! It would be a pity if it does not get to the paint stage. Maybe it has been finished already and we just need some pictures shared
