hay all since i'm doing all this work to put slat armor on my T-62bdd i was wondering if they ever put them on the bmp as well

It can be done with a BMP-2 :

Hi Dave;

Yes there are pictures of a BMP-2 with Slat Armor, there are two Firms that offer Up-Grades. One of the Firms is in the Ukraine and the other is in Poland, if you do a search on the net for the BMP-2 you can find the Vehicle with the slat armor in a all Green OD with a Flag on its side.
And if you research the Arms Trade Shows you can find pictures of Both the BMP-1 & 2 with Armor Up-grades.
