Hi all, is anybody had any experience with RB model's T-90 gun barrel RB-34B128
( http://www.luckymodel.com/scale.aspx?item_no=RB-35B128 ) ?
Is that will work with Meng's T-90A or is that designed for some other kit? Thanks

Are you referring to the older release or the brand new release?

For sure you mean 35RB102. The incorrectness is a wrong word, it's just not a T-90 barrel which had the thermo mantlet moved.
Can't say anything about the new T-90 barrel

Hi Everybody;
I cant speak about A New RB Barrel as I have not seen one, there are a couple of New items. Voyager, and North Star both have 2A46s, if you read the Post on the 2A46 then maybe it will Help with your Choice of AM Barrels.

Hello,
I cant find anything wrong with RB102 125mm Barrel. The only wrong thing in my eyes is that People try to use it on a T-90 when its designed for a T-72. Cant comment on RB128, T-90 Barrel as I have none. Just try to keep things how they are. The RB Barrel might be inaccurate but just If you use it on the wrong model.
I stand corrected If someone proofs me wrong.
Best regards,
Andreas

Hi;
Any of the Russian Main Battle Tanks can use A T-90 2A46m6 Barrel, the Rapira series are not specific too any one vehicle. The Zavod offers many up-grades too any of the earlier vehicles at extra cost. A lot of people mis-ident, the 2A46, as with Russian MBTs its an Enigma.

Hi Acebatau;
At the top you can Enter a Special search, or look at JDs Special Builds on the T-72 as it Mite be there also.
The Different Barrels that JD compared gave details on the different Barrel lengths, and the RB item was too Short and Larger in Diameter. Now I understand RB has a New Barrel, But I cant comment on its Accuracy as I have not seen it. Maybe JD will come forward with the article and post it again as he is the Best Man too ask questions on the subjects.

Hi,
I know they are interchangeable but its like putting a 88mm Gun Tube from a Tiger on a Kingtiger and than complaining its wrong. It might be the right caliber but a different Version. As its with the 125mm russian Gun. There are several versions and I still think the RB item is good to go. maybe you dont like the Way it has to be put together (as stated in another thread) but that still does not make the RB Barrel wrong. And therefore I think its unfair to repeat it several times.
Again, I stand corrected If one prooves me wrong.
Best regards,
Andreas

JanosNagy's work: https://armorama.kitmaker.net/forums/220210&page=1
What the others are referring to:

(My reviews, while still relevant, are out of date compared to JanosNagy's work...)

I asked because I carry every 1/35 barrel RB makes and there is no 128, maybe previously? I went to inspect it first hand when this thread started, that's when I noticed there was none, on a different thread it said it was released April 2014 but I still have no info, not even from RB Model. - oh well I tried.

The best and the most accurate barrels for different versions of T-64, T-72, T-80, T-90 are made by Russian company Maagic Models. You should search their products.
