That's looking pretty nice, Umut. There are two things that caught my eye (though both are kind of picky). First are the "ghost" lines around the tools. This is especially evident in the pic around the shovel. Since the tool is washed, too, wouldn't the wash on the hull cover right next to the tool?
The other point is that it looks like the decals were rather thick. The pinwash line under the "33" clearly shows the edge of the decal film. It's too late to do anything on this build, but in the future you may want to smooth the transition out with a coat of future (or clear) around the edge to fill it in. After it dries, you can blend it all together with some light sanding working with progressively finer grit (practice on a couple scrap items is recommended).

You mean this picture? I wouldn't have washed the tools or cable...but..I don't know..maybe they would?

This was the first trial of heavy weathering, i used hair spray to isolate the first paint layer then create the big chips with tap water. I agree with markings, this is dry transfer indeed but you are right, should have been smoothed little bit more..

Like I said, what I mentioned were a bit picky. Overall, I think the appearance looks really nice. You definitely captured that "well worn" look. Great first effort!
