I nthe same museum I saw the strange guns, I took this picture of an Ural truck with a missile looking like a SA-4 Ganef missile.
What could it be? I'm thinking of a dummy training round.

Olivier from what I could find, the reserve missiles are carried on Ural-375 (6 x 6) trucks.

This truck is called TLV 2T6 (T3M 2T6 in Cyrillics). The missile itself looks like a "museum fake"
These guys don't seem to be very tight on accuracy...

You're probably right about the missile being more a fake than a training system.
