Hello,
I have never seen this type of mount before. It doesn't look like something mounted on a vehicle but pretty much a naval or fixed (building) mount.



Any idea of what it could be?

Lol, Just few hours ago I was in a Navy Museum in my home town and they have this exact weapon on display, seems to match this one, so KPV 2M7 14.5 mm in a naval mount: http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/File:2M7.jpg
