does anyone know where i could get a photo of what the inside of a bmp-3 commanders hatch looks like need to do a little scratch building on one thanks in advance

Took advantage of my language skills and did a search on the Russian internet.
here's a walkaround that appears to show the hatch (hope it's the right one)

another walkaround, although you have to download it (the links to turbobit and depositfiles at the bottom) to see, whether there are fotos of the hatch

Dishmodels.ru has loads of walkarounds, I've filled an external drive with them.
They have an english version of their page, but the 'advanced search' is a bit counterinututive.
I'm sure what you need (and hours and hours and gigabites) is in there and more.
