Finally got around to the finishing touches on an M60A3 I've been working on, and some photos taken. Esci hull, DEF Models turret and barrel, Panzer Art road wheels, AFV Club track. Least I actually had it finished before the I got the new AFV Club kit!

Cheers,
Jim

Very well done. It looks like my old mount from when I was stationed at Baumholder FRG.

No, just referring to their A1 kit, which is still leaps and bounds better than the previously available kits. Wouldn't surprise me if they did an A3 somewhere down the line though.

Cheers,
Jim

Nice! Remember seeing those with similar markings during Reforger Exercises mid-80'. Well done. Hope AFV Club does an A3 as well.

I would also like to see an A3, along with an A2 "Starship", and possibly some auxiliary vehicles as well...

Thanks Guys! The figure is from Verlinden set 539, with a Hornet head. DJ, the goggles were just painted with the same OD shade as the helmet cover, then coated with Tamiya Smoke for the lense.

The figure certainly captures the seriousness of the situation. And, the decals look to be painted.

Very nice finish Jim. You could have easily have made the map three times the size and it would have still been accurate for a Germany Map!

As always, your cheeping is spot on.

Thanks Jason! If it survives the move back home I'll bring it down to the AMMS show for sure.
