This morning news flash brought us the test shots of the abovementioned kits. Pitty that I can't upload the pictures from my work station, but they look really promising. May be in the evening if Hisham doesn't beat me!
If you are on FB you can look over there for them.

I hoped the corrected the turret on the js-1. I would assume it's the same from there kv-85 which was just plan wrong on so many levels.

Never knew that. Can you put a link about the turret and how to correct it. I'm really interested in the JS-1/2 family.

Really no way to correct it other then some major surgery or kit bashing. Bronco has a better kit i think, not perfect but better. Here is a link to 4ob green that talks about it. http://www.4bogreen.com/kv-series/recipes/kv-85

There is no possibility to think it come directly from KV85 kit. the JS series using factory drawings from Chtz just like their T-10 series. No worry about that.

Looking forward to the 152K. I've always wanted to do one for the Hungarian Uprising.

Sort of--the bulge on the left side of the turret needs reshaping, and the machine gun bulge at the rear needs to be blended into the casting a bit with putty, and the gun mantlet is quite wrong. The former Eastern Express kit is currently available from a company called Ark, but the rest of it is very rough indeed, so mate the turret with a Bronco or Trumpeter chassis, and definitely use their gun and mantlet.

Fantastic announcements.
From what I've heard Bronco's effort does not have any dimensional errors, though Neil from 4BO has yet to mention Bronco on his site let alone write a full appraisal on the kit so I'm not sure.

Same turret, different hull.
FWIW, the cupola of the Bronco KV-85 turret is miles too big, throws off the position and proportions of the other features on top of the turret.
