I'm thinking of doing my Meng T-90 as a parade ground build. What is a good recommendation for painting and weathering the tracks.I know I need to add the pads.

Overall black, semi-gloss.
They always paint the tracks with black paint before the parade

You can put just a little dust on the rubber pads, to simulate street dust. But no heavy overall weathering. The tanks were painted and washed just before the parade
