I've procured a second trumpeter T-72B and am looking to convert it to an NVA T-72M1. I have a suitable aftermarket replacement turret but would just like to check the changes to the hull. Am I right in thinking that this only involves adding the extra glacis armour (and it's associated changes)and the different mine plough attachments on the both the glacis and on the lower hull front? Anything I've forgotten?
Thanks,
Andy

With just a glance, I think that you'll be alright.
But may I ask why you get into that trouble?
I mean, you can just buy the old but still "descent" TAMIYA kit, wich actually IS a NVA T-72M1...

Cos I have a spare M1 turret and the I got the trumpeter kit cheap. I've already built a Tamiya one as the Ubergangsversion (which it actually is) using a replacement M turret.
