I have been beavering away on several WW2 & Korean War AFVs recently and thought it might be fun to do something more modern. I found a Trumpeter kit of the USMC LAV Piranna on Ebay. It has a picture of a Desert Storm LAV on the box but the decals for the box art vehicle are not included!!!

I did a web search looking for a set without result. Does anyone know where I can find suitable decals or even better, dry transfers?

Paul, itchin to try sumthin new . . .

Thanks for this very kind offer. Just to clarify, I have kit number 00349 and it came with decals. The problem was that the decals included were not for the Operation Iraqi Freedom vehicle depicted on the box top. I wanted to build one of those in the sand color.

The decal sheet you have is for another kit and has OIF markings?

USMC LAV-25 Operation Iraqi Freedom

I have done a web search for this set and only found two listings, both of which are sold out. Any ideas about where to find a set?

Sorry- I lost track of this thread. I had the same kit/decals that you have. I misunderstood.

Thanks for the offer anyway. I imagine that the lack of decals for this version will resolve itself soon. This has to be a popular modeling subject.
