Does anyone know what kits may have these machine guns? Or do you have 1 or 2 you would like to part with? Need it for a special project;)
Thanks!

Hi;
just about the only way, is too get the T-10M or get the metal Barrels and then scratch build the rest of the gun.
there were only two (2) kits that I can remember that even offered the 14.5mm, the old Military Wheel's kit of the GAZ jeep and the Zvesda BTR-152 AA armored truck.
The T-10 would be the Better choice, altho A Bit expensive if you only wanted the KPVT.
CHEERS; MIKE.

Would a ZPU work for you? They look fairly similar, and Meng does a really nice one.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I was checking out the zpu's, they look a bit bigger than the kpvt, but I probably could use the main body and add the Master models brass parts to them.
Or I maybe get the T-10 and make copies of the gun and sell the kit.
Decisions, decisions...

Hi;
The ZPU would not in it self be A good choice as it is A 23mm weapon, the truck that I Had thought was A KPVT was in fact A 23mm also.
GOOD LUCK; MIKE.

The ZPU variants are 14.5mm weapons, not 23mm

Greg- I may check that AA gun out, do you have a link or pic of it?
here is what I need the KPVTs for- I'm using Trumpeter's new MT-LB kit for this build and plan on scratchbuilding the slat armor.

Nathan, nice choice of projects. Google is your friend, or go to the Meng website. Also, Hobbyeasy has is listed under Meng. It was also listed on this very website under new kit announcements.
