Hello, have anyone used the after-sale service from meng models? If so, does it work to get parts from them... and how do you contact them? I have now sent them 3emails to them to ask if i can buy parts from them that i have lost to the email they write on their website for after-sale service but they dont answer back... i have included what they say you shall.. a photo of the kit and a photo of what sprue from their instruction book...
So i wounder if anyone else have had any luck to contact them and get the parts..

Roger,
Ihad success with the Meng part replacement service to get replacement D9R track sprues after my kit tracks went together poorly. I followed the instructions on their Facebook page, took the requested pictures and sent them to the link provided. I got a reply e-mail with the price for the new sprues, paid and had the new parts within two to three weeks. Good luck with your attempt
