ID a gun truck turret?

Is this a turret from another vehicle, or is it just some improvised turret for this gun truck... no idea where it's from, pic didn't have any comment.

The truck in Hisham's post is a Polish-built Star 266 and the pictured vehicle is used in fact to train 2S1 crews... :
