I have a resin turret but what hull and roadwheels would recommend?

Do you have the PSM turret? If so it was designed with the Italeri/Revell Leopard 1 hulls in minds.
It might fit the Meng hull as well.
If you want fully detailed road wheels then the Leopard Workshop is where you should look.

You should be able to use the Leopard 1A3/A4 or the 1A5. Both are essentially the same.
The details will vary on which version of the Leopard 1 A1A1 - A1A4 you want to built. These will be changes related to the engine exhaust grill styles and the tank phone.
You would not be wrong with using either hull.
