Are those two companies related, are they same stuff by different names? Their offerings, especially those which seem mainly available overseas in the far east, seem to overlap a lot. I am interested in the SWS Halftrack and wondered if their respective offerings are really the same thing.

Looks like the sWS kits released by Bronco are re-boxed Great Wall kits. Two examples :

I believe Bronco has bought the moulds from GWH.
