Is this the same old mortar that comes in the old Trumpeter Stryker kit that has the interior, or is this different?

Hisham,

This one is a 81mm mortar like the one in the Trumpeter Modern Marine with M252 kit and the one your thinking of that is mounted in the Stryker is a 120mm mortar.

Mortar Strykers also carry the M252 with baseplate and bipod.

Any 1/3 scale figures for this?

That is a odd scale especially with no figures. Interested to see how many metal parts.

I've done the very similar L16A2 in white metal in 120mm scale but I'm going to have to rebuild part of it with something else as the top part of the bipod can't take the weight of the tube.

Shouldn't that make it a Trumpeter branded kit? They did a couple of 1/3 assault rifles a while back whilst HB has never produced in that scale.
